How it works

2. Proceed to checkout (as it works with any other purchase)
3. Once your order has been paid for, we'll deliver the gift voucher to your chosen recipient via email.
1. What is the validity of the vouchers?
The vouchers will be valid for 3 (three) years from date of purchase.
2. Can I use my vouchers for an in-store or online purchases?
Yes, you can use your vouchers both in-store and/or online.
3. How do I use the voucher online?
Once you have selected the items for your cart, and are ready to check out, simply input the voucher code on the checkout page, and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the amount owing.
4. Can I use my voucher for sale items or clearance items?
Yes, you can. The voucher acts in the same manner as cash, and as such you will be able to use it however you wish.
5. Can I use my voucher to purchase other vouchers?
No you cannot. Vouchers may only be used to purchase items from our ranges in-store or Online.
6. May I return the rug if I have purchased something unsuitable, or the wrong size?

7. What happens if I don’t use the full value of the voucher?
Should the full value of your voucher not be used, you will be provided with the following choices:
- The balance of the voucher can be logged as a credit against your account, to be used in its entirety, within the 3 (three) years from date of purchase
- The balance refunded via EFT. Said refund may take 7 – 10 working days to effect.
